Electrium have achieved zero to landfill by initially examining opportunities in the circular economy, for example reuse of plastic pallets in our picking process, breaking down end of life products into component parts and where possible putting them back into stock items. Electrium are keen to segregate waste streams and by working with our waste broker we can identify new recycling opportunities. Electrium recycled 90 tonnes of waste in FY23.

We have aso worked with our supply chain and customers to reduce the amount of product packaging we use.

We have achieved a reduction of over 4.5 tonnes of single use plastic in 2023 and continue to improve our packaging as new technologies become available.
